Return Process

Contact us within 2 days of delivery at joolenzaofficial@joolenza.com

Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

Once approved, we’ll share the return address and shipping details.

You’ll need to send the product back via trackable courier.

-Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.-

Refund Method

After receiving and inspecting your returned product:

A full refund or replacement will be issued if the claim is valid.

Refunds are processed within 10–12 working ;days after approval.

Refunds will be made via:

Bank transfer

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds are issued through bank transfer after confirmation.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different design or size (if available):

The item must be in original, unworn condition.

The exchange must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Custom-made or personalized jewelry

Items bought during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
